Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TARE, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you certify you have authority to bind it.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TARE for your internal research and laboratory operations.

You may strictly NOT:

  • Reverse engineer the underlying source code (outside of open-source components).
  • Use the platform for illegal activities, including the manufacture of controlled substances without proper licensing.

3. Safety Disclaimer

TARE is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. While we provide GHS/SDS data and compatibility checks, you remain solely responsible for laboratory safety, compliance with local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), and the handling of hazardous materials.

4. Availability (SLA)

For Pro and Enterprise plans, we aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Project VECTOR be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
