Project VECTOR ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TARE (Technical Analysis & Research Engine) collects, uses, and discloses your information.

1. Data Sovereignty

Your data belongs to you. We act as a Processor of your laboratory data. You retain full ownership (Data Sovereignty) of all scientific data, inventory records, and research IP stored on the platform.

2. Data Collection

We collect:

Account Information: Name, email, organization details.
Operational Data: Inventory, experiments, audit logs (input by you).
Telemetry: Anonymized usage metrics to improve platform performance.
Device Data: Signed telemetry from HELIX-enabled devices.

3. Data Usage

We use data solely to:

Provide the TARE service.
Process billing transactions (via Stripe).
Enforce safety compliance (SDS/GHS lookups).

We do NOT train generative AI models on your private scientific IP without your explicit opt-in.

4. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Strict role-based access control (RBAC).
Regular penetration testing.
Immutable audit logs for chain-of-custody.
