Exporting Data

We believe in data sovereignty. Your data belongs to you, and you can export it in standard formats at any time.
Export Formats
- JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
Full fidelity dump of all database records. Best for backups or migration to other systems.
- CSV (Comma Separated Values)
Tabular data for inventory lists and experiment summaries. Opens in Excel.
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
Digitally signed reports for compliance submissions. Contains audit trails and timestamps.
Verifying Signatures
Our PDF exports are signed with a cryptographic key. You can open any TARE PDF in Adobe Acrobat, and the "Signature Panel" will confirm that the document has not been tampered with since generation.
How to Export
- Navigate to Settings > Data Management.
- Select your desired format and date range.
- Click Generate Export.
- You will receive an email with a secure download link when the file is ready.
